Introduction

A personal note on starting this blog

For my whole working life I’ve been quietly obsessed with one question: how far can you push technology to get more done? For most of that time it stayed a private habit. Then two things converged. I was made redundant, and AI crossed the line from a curiosity into something genuinely useful for ordinary people, not just engineers.

So I decided to build. Moment Hill is my consultancy, where I bring real-world experience to the work, complemented by digital products I’m developing to sell. AI runs through all of it: it’s what lets me run and scale a business largely on my own, it’s part of what I do for clients, and it’s the foundation of the products.

Shifted Knowledge is where I write that down as it happens. It’s the honest, behind-the-scenes view: what I’m learning, what I’m building, and the infrastructure underneath it, at the intersection of AI, knowledge management, and personal productivity. No polished case studies, no growth hacking, just the working notes.

If you’re trying to do more with less, or to sharpen your own AI skills, some of this should be useful. Follow along.
